Individual Support

Clinical Counselling

I provide individual therapy in a warm, collaborative, and attuned space, supporting clients in deepening self-awareness, emotional regulation, and relational healing. My approach integrates somatic attachment psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, and relational neuroscience to help clients move beyond survival-based coping and into more integrated, embodied, and connected sense of self.

Issues I Commonly Work With

  • Trauma & PTSD – including complex trauma, developmental trauma, and relational wounds

  • Attachment & Relational Difficulties – struggles with trust, intimacy, emotional safety, and connection

  • Anxiety & Stress – including chronic worry, hypervigilance, nervous system dysregulation, and burnout

  • Depression & Mood Regulation – low mood, emotional numbness, disconnection, and feelings of hopelessness

  • Self-Esteem & Inner Criticism – struggles with self-worth, perfectionism, and self-compassion

  • Chronic & Toxic Shame – including feelings of being unworthy, unlovable, or unforgivable, and struggling to accept or stay connected to parts of yourself

  • Queerness & Internalized Oppression – including internalized homophobia, shame related to queerness, and struggles with safety, visibility, and belonging

  • Dissociation & Disconnection – feeling disconnected from emotions, body, or sense of self

If you’re struggling with any of these concerns and looking for a relational, body-based approach to healing, I invite you to connect.
